Laird offers 3 types of liquid heat exchanger systems (LCS). The standard cooling capacities ranging from 500W to 5kW. But also special solutions up to 40 kW cooling capacity will be developed and built. Standard configurations are either liquid or liquid-liquid systems air. All systems are suitable either for the operation with water, water with glycol (antifreeze) or oil.

• Series WL - water cooling-air
Water-cooled systems are designed to circulate water or mixture of water and glycol (antifreeze), and so to keep the coolant temperature close to the ambient temperature. The WL series are a reliable, compact liquid-air heat exchanger which can dissipate large amounts of heat with a circulating fluid circuit. The coolant is fed with a high pressure pump in the circuit to ensure a maximum flow rate. The heat is absorbed by a heat exchanger and submitted by fans leading manufacturer to the environment.

• Series OL - oil-air
Oil-cooled systems are then used, if the temperature exceeds the heat source at the maximum operating temperature of refrigerants, water-based. Cooler of the OL series are reliable, compact liquid-air heat exchanger which can dissipate large amounts of heat with a circulating fluid circuit. The coolant is at a high-pressure pump in the circulation maintained in order to ensure a maximum flow rate. The heat is absorbed by a heat exchanger and fan submitted by leading manufacturers to the environment.

• Series WW and OW - liquid chillers
Liquid-liquid systems use water plant for thermal regulation of the hot side. This increases the cooling capacity and reduces maintenance. The WW-Series is suitable for operation with water, the OW series for operation with oil.
