We, the people of Wolfgang Knap Gesellschaft m.b.H. & Co KG set up a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 and commit to documentation, realization and steady improvement.

This commitment includes, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard,

• recognition of processes, interfaces and interaction
• lay down the methods of controlling, realization, supervision and steady improvements
• draw up the documentation and control of documentation

The principles of our quality management systems are

• incorporation and running further training of our staff
• selection of qualified products
• intensification of supplier relationships

Mrs. Margarethe Knap is responsible for the quality management and Mr. Wolfgang Knap is responsibile for the general supervision.
