ISO 9001 in the current version

that applies to the entire company with the commitment to realisation, maintenance and constant improvement.

This commitment includes:

• in accordance with legal and official requirements and with international standards
• focussing sustaining and improvement of customers satisfaction.

The principles of our quality management system are

• customer orientation,
• inclusion and continuous training of our staff,
• selection of qualified products and
• intensification of supplier relationships.

Mrs. Margarethe Knap is responsible for the quality management and Mr. Wolfgang Knap is responsible for the general supervision.
