Mission and Vision
| WHO are we? The company was founded 1979 as a privat company and transformed 1989 into a company limited. The company is owned by Margarethe and Wolfgang Knap, both acting as executive directors. |
| WHAT are we doing? Our job is the wholesale of electronic components, we are distributor, sole agent and importer. Since our foundation quartz crystals, crystal oscillators and -filters as well as connectors form the basis of our sales. Long-year experience and permanent training as well as continuous quality control allow intensive and specific technical advising and problem solutions. The majority of our customers are Austrian makers of electronic products, but we export to all parts of the world, too. We buy our products directly from manufacturers worldwide. |
| WHAT is the idea behind? We understand ourselves as aknowledge-driven distributor of electronic components, to satisfy our customers needs and to be economically successful. |
| HOW we are doing it? Our customers and their needs are the centerpoint our decisions and actions. We invest our experience and knowledge to guarantee quality, reliability and efficiency of our products and services. We train our co-workers and support commitment, team spirit and open communication. We take care and extend relations with our suppliers. We only get things started, which we are able to handle successfully and thoroughly. We act responsible in view of society and environment. |
