Tgrease™ 880 is a silicone based, high performance thermal grease designed to meet the thermal, reliability and price requirements of high end CPUs, GPUs and custom ASICS chips. With superior wetting properties to comparable grease, Tgrease™ 880 fills the microscopic irregularities of the components it contacts, resulting in very low thermal resistance. Tgrease™ 880 is stable and does not dry out, settle or harden. A full reliability study can be provided upon request. Tgrease™ 880 meets all environmental requirements including RoHS. Tgrease™ 880 is supplied in half kilogram, one kilogram and three kilogram containers. Applications:

Tgrease™ 980 is a silicone-based thermal grease for use in high performance CPU´s and GPU´s. Tgrease™ 980 has a high thermal conductivity of 3.8 W/mK and superior wetting characteristics, resulting in a very low thermal resistance and excellent long term reliability. Storage: Store from 20°C to 35°C with a maximum humidity of 50%. Do not store in freezer or refrigerator below 20°C.

Due to its proprietary silicone filler matrix, Tgrease™ 1500 thoroughly wets out contact surfaces to create a low thermal resistance of 0.021 °C-in2/W at 50psi. Tgrease™ 1500 can be used in pneumatic dispensing and screen printing systems. Tgrease™ 2500 eliminates the migration issues of siliconebased grease to create superior reliability. Tgrease™ 2500 is ideal for situations where automatic dispensing and screenprinting are required.
