When the illumination of signage systems with LED was still in its infancy and only a few companies dared the use of energy-saving and long-life modules, was Wi.LED lighting technology as a sales and service company for the LED technology is already active on the market. channelLED white

Our core product for illuminating letters is the flexible module chain channelLED. The modules with dimensions L x W = 50 x 16 mm fit, thanks to the flexible and in length variable cable connection, to any shape of the letter.

300 modules are concatenated to form a packaging unit together, thus providing full flexibility during installation.

Used in the channelLED, as with all other product lines, is a highly efficient LED technology with up to 160° Beam, extremely low power consumption depending on the color 0.25 to 0.36 watts per module with an efficiency of up to 70 lumens per watt. The high color rendering index of CRI > 80 guarantees an extraordinary brilliance of the letters.

The available white tones of the channelLED white are 2900, 4000, 5000 and 6300°K.

channelLED RBG

profilLED

The module chain profilLED differs from the modules of the channeled primarily through its packaging.

On slender boards of the profilLED the light points are arranged at a greater distance from each other.

This reduces the necessary number of LED modules to achieve a homogeneous illumination and also convincing performance values, because of higher beam strengths and corresponding structural depth.

Therefore profilLED is an extremely economical alternative to the module chain channeled.

The profilLED modules are packed together to units of 300. The module chain is in the color red, green, blue and white available.

triwiLED

The product series triwiLED provides powerful LED modules for illumination of letters and banners with large beams strength and high installation depth.

The arrangement of the light spots on the board also optimizes the design, that means, with a small number of modules a very bright and homogeneous illumination is achieved.

The modules of triwiLED are chained together to a packaging unit of 100 individual modules and they are in the luminous white color available

LEDLineLight

A challenge in the field of illuminated advertising is efficient and especially economic illumination of transparencies with LED.

Wi.LED currently developing a module that will meet these requirements in the highest degree.

Operation devices

To supply the LED modules, there are different operation devices. The Converter meet the relevant standards for safe operation of the LED as

• Short circuit protection
• Overload protection
• Overtemperature protection
• SELV equiv. (Safety Extra Low Voltage)

The range of devices, as required for the plant to be illuminated, reach from 10 watts, 25 watts, 60 watts to 100 watts, with an output voltage of 8, 12 or 24 volts

All devices comply with protection class IP67 and are suitable for outdoor applications. They are subject to constant quality control.

Controllers

To realize exceptional advertising lighting solutions.

Based on the requirements of your project, we offer individually programmed controllers for your illuminated sign, for example, for implementing a defined color change or for dimming. An infrared receiver on the board allows adjustment for desired scenes by infrared remote control.

To meet our high standards of quality and functionality, the devices are manufactured in Germany and are subject to constant control and updating.

All controls are housed in a housing made of polycarbonate, to protect the circuit board.

Profiles

Contours accentuate: For mounting of the LED modules, we have various profiles.

The lower parts are made of anodized aluminum, the tops of UV-resistant PMMA, 30% impact, in the remarks transparent, diffuse and white. The profiles are available in lengths of two meters.

They are used primarily indoors, but they are also ideal for outdoor use in conjunction with modules with IP67 protection.

Quick connector
To produce a water-resistant connection, we offer quick connector. The connectors are filled with grease.

Adhesive Tape
For safe installation: The high-performance tape made of acrylate foam adapts perfectly to the surfaces to be glued to and meets various fire regulations.
