Series general technical informations
	Electronic equipment and machinery used in harsh environ- ments, require connectors which provide protection from dirt, dust and moisture. DELTRON as a well-known producer of high quality D-SUB connectors for many years, has extended their range of series by a modular group of D-SUB connectors which meet the requirements waterproof IP67 according to IEC60529 and guarantee protection from gas and moisture. The new series are available in the versions Standard, High Density, Combi and Filter. Of course these connectors correspond to the UL94-V-0 standard, they are produced according to DIN 41652 and MIL-C-24308. The complementary accessories range can be used with all standard versions and rises the water resistance sub- stantially. • plastic frame with O-ring sealing for back panel mounting. • Optional availability of full aluminium frames. • special sealing procedures for contacts, constantly leak testing. • with the CTLW IP67 hoods you can use standard, non protected connectors. • all series are exclusively produced with machined, highly precise contacts. • different quality classes available, with high mating cycles. • mounting thread available as BUN4-11 or M3. • on request frame colour can be chosen in larger series. all types are available in quality class 1 (500 cycles) and 2 (200 cycles, standard) - of course RoHS-compliant.
